		<description>Why won&#039;t the WRT Board open a discussion with Bargersville? I would agree with the board that Bargersville&#039;s proposal was not as clear and detailed as they would like however it was very open to any idea the board, or the merger committee might want to consider. They agree to enter into negotiations with Greenwood with virtually no changes to the resolution but turn down a very open ended Bargersville proposal? What&#039;s wrong with talking with two communities at once? When is the last time you, or a board member, made a major purchase and didn&#039;t shop around?</description>
