Video: Henderson is “ok” Center Grove Self-incorporation
In a March 2, 2009 meeting in the Greenwood council chambers mayor Charles Henderson spoke to the future of White River Township and the reorganization effort. In the meeting he stated “It is my position that self-incorporation of the Center Grove area is ok, if they want to do that.” The video of his statement on self-incorporation is below.
