Pat Sherman expands on “spreading the debt”

Last week, Reorganization Committee Chair Pat Sherman was quoted in the Daily Journal that the committee was looking for ways of spreading about $7.2 million in current debt owned by Greenwood across a merged city. In the clip above Mr. Sherman discusses this idea further and expands on the comment.

I like how the City of Greenwood is going to “redistribute the wealth” from WRT to Greenwood and “redistribute the debt” from Greenwood to WRT. So what is in it for WRT?

Time for Greenwood to clean up it’s own mess.

Yah, If you live in Greenwood, Its great if you live in WRT You’ll get the debt spred your way.
WRT SHOULD BECOME ITS OWN TOWN.
