Video: Why self-incorporation is not part of the merger plans
During the May 6, 2009 White River Township Board meeting the board introduced several resolutions that could have changed the reorganization effort. During that meeting White River resident Ed Woods asked the board why the self-incoporatin effort what not being explored. Chair Mark Messick responded to Mr. Woods questions and also provided a surprising personal comment on his view of self-incorporation.
