Video: Ryan Rhoten appears before Greenwood council to address self-incorporation option

by: Jody Veldkamp Monday, June 1st, 2009

Ryan Rhoten the leader of the growing Center Grove self-incorporation movement [www.centergrovetown.org]was granted a spot on the agenda of the June 15, 2009 meeting of the Greenwood Common Council. Mr. Rhoten was granted the time to present to the council information on the concept of the creation of the town of Center Grove and to ask of the council would they would decline to enforce the three mile buffer zone which would, if enforced, make it very difficult for any portion of White River Township to self-incorporate. The presentation to the council did not exactly turn out as expected. Here is an unedited video of Mr. Rhoten’s time before the Greenwood council. Due to You Tube’s ten minute limit the video is divided into to parts.
