Reorg committee needs your ideas

by: Dann Veldkamp Thursday, June 4th, 2009

The Reorganization Committee meets twice a month. But, attending is not enough. You also need to bring your constructive ideas on how you would like to see the new community organized. Committee Chair Pat Sherman says he is looking for ideas from the community. For example, I recently sent this article to Mr. Sherman and the sub-committee chairs. While there are no promises that they will incorporate all the ideas, I certainly expect that they will take these suggestions seriously.

Your ideas will also be taken seriously, if they are presented seriously. They don’t have to be in writing, but you do need to let the committee know your ideas. Attend the meetings, let your ideas be known. Certainly, constructive ideas are more valuable than simply complaining about what you don’t like and casting everything in a negative light. Add value by participating in the process.
