I have thought they were favoring Greenwood from the start, and this only confirms it. I guess now the question isn't what's in it for the citizens of White River Township, but instead, "WHAT'S IN IT FOR THE WHITE RIVER TOWNSHIP BOARD?". Once again, the “BOARD” that has told us they want what’s best for White River Township has lied to us. I have thought they were favoring Greenwood from the start, and this only confirms it.
