Indianapolis Children’s Choir recruiting for CG regional choir

Do you have a child who loves to sing? Is he or she in the 4th through 7th grade? Then you have a candidate for the Center Grove regional choir. As an extension of the Indianapolis Children’s Choir, the singers will perform in various public concerts throughout the season.

The Regional Choir Division began years ago to accommodate those parents who wanted their children to participate in ICC, but desired a rehearsal location closer to home.

All that is required is a simple audition that will assess your child’s ability to match pitch. No preparation required!  Auditions will take place in the Center Grove Elementary School, 2455 S. Morgantown Road. You can learn more details by calling 317-940-9640.

Choirs begin rehearsal on October 8 and will be held on Thursdays from 6 to 7 PM.

Each regional choir follows the school calendar. The tuition is $275 for the entire year, with an additional $50 registration fee. Financial aid is available through the tuition assistance fund sponsored by Peyton Manning Children’s Hospital at St. Vincent.
