One of our residents in Eagle Trace  asked about the &quot;savings&quot; that will occur in her homeowners association dues if the association doesn&#039;t have to pay the electric bill on street lights.  We told her that the decrease in our association dues would be offset by an increase in her property taxes as a result of the additional electric expense being incurred by the &quot;new Greenwood&quot;.  Glad you agree.</description>
