One of our residents in Eagle Trace asked about the "savings" that will occur in her homeowners association dues if the association doesn't have to pay the electric bill on street lights. We told her that the decrease in our association dues would be offset by an increase in her property taxes as a result of the additional electric expense being incurred by the "new Greenwood".
