The reorganization committee presented a plan for our consideration. The committee is expecting that both the township board and the city council will be asking that the committee amend the plan before it is voted on December 21 by the council and December 22 by the board. The reorganization committee will host two public forum before both the township board and the common council meet to iron out what changes both political units would like to see like seen in the "Plan of Reorganization". After the joint meeting on December 8, either political unit could decide to amend the plan. The "final" plan of reorganization will not be known until both political units agree to identical resolutions with an "identical plan of reorganization attached as exhibit A. Mark Dann & Jody,
