WRT Board moves resolution forward
In a 30-minute meeting the White River Township Board took the necessary action to assure that it will be able to take a final vote, as planned, on December 22.
The Board adopted a resolution on how to proceed toward a vote on the resolution plan. The steps include tonight’s first reading of the resolution to to accept, reject or change the reorganization plan. They plan to meet with the public at the two previously planned session at the Community Church of Greenwood, November 30 and December 5th. Next they will hold a joint meeting with the Greenwood Common Council on December 8th to discuss the reorganization plan and address any issue or difference they may have.
