Based on the comments of the Greenwood mayoral candidates in Saturday’s Daily Journal (April 22, 2012) it appears that Greenwood may finally be saying “Center Grove we are letting you go” similar to what other “empires” have done with “colonies”. If you have been watching and reading the comments from Mayor Henderson, some council candidates and others it appears Greenwood has turned its attention to the east and south as areas for growth. Does that mean they’ll leave Center Grove alone? Can’t say but it is worth watching.
